GLOVent Solutions is offering
commission for introductions that lead to sales. We would like to meet with Estate Managers or Members of the Trustees of Residential Communities, ranging from small complexes to large estates (and gated residential communities).
All we require is the first meeting, we will do the rest!
The product we would like to introduce is
GLO-Portal, a Community Management System (
CMS), custom developed to
enhance Management and
Communication in
Residential Communities. GLO-Portal is a web-based application providing a central management tool to the community’s Management Committee and a secure web portal to the community members.
If an
introduction leads to a sale, and the system being used for 2 months, the following once-off
commissions are offered for setting up the first meeting:
- Micro Estate / Complex (1-10 units): R 200.00
- Small Estate / Complex (11-50 units): R 500.00
- Medium Estate / Complex (51-250 units): R 900.00
- Large Estate / Complex (251-500 units): R 1,300.00
- Mega Estate / Complex (501+ units): R 1,900.00
